Kiwi Net Solutions includes a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all Symantec™, GeoTrust®, Thawte®, RapidSSL®, Certum®, and Comodo® SSL certificates and other web security products. Kiwi Net Solutions SSL Store system automatically cancels and issues store credit (or a Credit Memo if using Direct Bill) for an order upon any request within 30 days after purchase. This credit is the most convenient option for customers since future orders are imminent, however if a refund is necessary, please contact our support team.

Any product that’s successfully cancelled must not be in use and must be un-installed and/or revoked. Kiwi Net Solutions reserves the right to refuse to cancel and/or refund any order that is still in use, not un-installed, and/or not revoked. We guarantee the quality of all our SSL products with a full replacement, refund or store credit of anything you order from our website or by any other means.

To get store credit or a refund, please complete click the “Cancel” link within your order list in your control panel for the specific order in question. Please note that store credit can be processed instantly, but a refund typically takes 48 - 72 hours to process.
